How do I access my purchased digital media?
Learn how to find and access your purchased digital content on Stuff.io and Book.io.

Stuff.io
1. From your device, navigate to the Stuff.io Homepage.2. Log-in using the Email and Password used to purchase the digital asset.
3. Click "MY LIBRARY" located at the top of the page. Your digital media should appear in your library page.If you purchased in "Pro Mode", and transferred your digital asset to your own wallet, view this page on how to access your digital asset in your own wallet.
Note: If your media does not appear, follow these troubleshooting suggestions.
Book.io
1. From your device, navigate to the Book.io Homepage.2. Log-in using the Email and Password used to purchase the digital asset.
If you purchased in "Pro Mode", and transferred your digital asset to your own wallet, view this page on how to access your digital asset in your own wallet.
3. Click "MY LIBRARY" located at the top of the page.Your digital media should appear in your library page.
Note: If your media does not appear, follow these troubleshooting suggestions.
Troubleshooting
Login Error
Ensure that you are logged in using the account that purchased the digital media. To verify, your user should appear in the top right corner of the "MY LIBRARY" page.

Media Error
Although Stuff.io and Book.io both sell digital assets, Book.io is exclusively only EBooks and Audiobooks. Content purchased through Stuff.io, that is not an EBook or Audiobook, can not be viewed through Book.io.
