Our audiobook releases use the same Decentralized Encrypted Asset technology as our eBooks. The future of books is not limited to print.Book.io Audiobooks:
- are unburnable, unbannable, and unchangeable.
- can be sold and purchased on a secondary marketplace.
- are fully decentralized.
Currently, audiobook playback is supported on our desktop app only. Audiobook DEAs are not visible nor playable in the Android or iOS app at this time.
Support for mobile app audiobook playback is under development with release date TBD.
